DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Heat or chill food to desired serving temperature before adding to jar

For optimal temperature retention, preheat jar by adding boiling water for hot food or chilling with ice for cold food and secure the lid. Leave for a few minutes before emptying and then adding desired contents.

Do not microwave
