Efficient delivery is an important part of Yum Yum Kids service commitment - our promise to you is that your order will arrive as promised, when promised and will surpass your expectations. Yum Yum Kids uses a selection of New Zealand courier services to bring the best service delivery for shipping each order depending upon location.
We do not make any profit on courier costs and purely aim to cover our costs.

You can calculate your shipping charge by putting the required items into your shopping cart, and choose your delivery area.
Estimated Delivery times
Our courier picks up everyday Monday to Friday and all orders placed the previous day and overnight will be dispatched the following day. Expected delivery is 1-2 days.
However please allow 3 days for delivery, as this covers busier times in our dispatch area, items out of stock for a day or two and busy times with the courier companies.
Furniture items and rural delivery services take approximately 3 days. Selected furniture items are made to order, so please read the information on the product page concerned.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery after a public holiday, as there is always a large back-log with both Yum Yum Kids orders and courier companies.
We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays in delivery. If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. At this time you can choose to wait for your product, choose an alternative product or cancel your order.We will aim to answer/return all e-mails as soon as possible and within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
Please note rural delivery takes 2-3 days from shipping, dependent on your local Rural Delivery driver.
Our standard delivery service - Signature required
We use a signature required service as our standard courier service. The courier driver will leave a card to call so you can arrange re-delivery if required.
Special Delivery Instructions or Signature not required
If you have any special delivery instructions for our courier service, or are happy to authorise delivery with no signature required, please provide your instructions your order.
Please note we cannot guarantee your delivery instructions will be followed to the letter by the courier. In particular our courier will not call in advance to arrange delivery at a specific time.
The majority of orders are received within 3 days. If your order is particularly urgent or you require weekend delivery, please contact us to discuss what is possible or note this on your order. We will do what we can but can't make promises for deliveries outside the timing guidelines above.
Wellington Pick Up of online purchases is available if preferred.

We offer a 100% guarantee as Yum Yum Kids is confident that our products are high quality. If you are not happy with your purchase - simply return the product (unused and in the original packaging) within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will happily offer an exchange or refund.
Yum Yum Kids will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described. In this case we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund. Please note: shipping is not refundable on returns and the item must be in sale-able condition (i.e not used).
All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. All orders are considered current unless canceled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Yum Yum Kids.
Yum Yum Kids product availability is updated daily however sometimes items do sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible.

All our credit card transactions are processed through Pay Station. This means that your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS compliant Paymark Certified Solutions Provider (CSP), using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card or Pago Wallet details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card or wallet data is available to or used by the merchant. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction.
Many other large businesses such as Dominos, Pizza Hut, Hell Pizza, Fishpond, DailyDo all use Paystation for their online payment services.
Card transactions require the 3 digit security code from the reverse of your credit-card, for additional security from stolen card numbers.
Your credit card details are not retained by Yum Yum Kids. As soon as your credit card transaction has processed through Paystation, your card details are deleted automatically from our system.
We also accept payment by internet banking if you are not comfortable using your credit card online.

Important: Your Order Confirmation Email
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address or for some reason the order may not have gone through correctly. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number. Please do not assume your order has been received.
Credit Card: We only accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards. Regrettably Yum Yum Kids does NOT ACCEPT AMEX.
Payment by Direct Debit to Yum Yum Kids Limited.
We also accept Direct Deposit however when paying by these methods goods can only be dispatched when deposits have cleared to Yum Yum Kids. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.When making payment by direct debit, please note your full name and use your order number as a reference. It would be appreciated if you could contact us by e-mail or phone confirming payment has been made. This will expedite shipping of your order when payment is finally received by Yum Yum Kids.
